Prerequisite: Basic knowledge in, Mechanical Electrical Plumbing.
Materials Provided: Book, Software (student version) and Reading Materials
Methods of Instruction: Lecture, Reading, Hands-on assignments, and projects (trainees are encouraged if allowed, to bring actual work projects).
Course Description: This course is designed to expand and enhance trainee’s knowledge and ability in their respective field and combine it with Revit design technique and capabilities to produce drawing plans. Last third of the course trainees will do MEP projects. Trainees will learn introduction to BIM and Autodesk Revit, Basic Sketching and Modify Tools, Basic Systems Tools, Starting System Projects, Working with Views, Setting up Spaces, Heating and Cooling Loads Analysis, HVAC and Plumbing Network, Advance Systems for HVAC and Plumbing, Electrical Systems, Creating Construction Documents, Annotating Construction Documents, Adding tags and Schedules, Creating Details.
