Surgical Technology
You will be trained to perform duties before, during, and after surgical procedures. Courses will guide students through all aspects in the field of surgical technology, which includes prepping the operating room (OR), sterilizing instrumentation, ensuring all equipment works properly as well as creating and maintaining a sterile work environment for the surgical procedures.

Medical Assistant
The Medical Assistant program at ACHT provides students with the skills necessary to qualify for entry-level positions in a variety of out-patient medical facilities. Upon graduation, you will have the basic front office (administrative) & back office (clinical assisting) skills necessary succeed in the field.

Medical Coding & Billing
Our Medical Billing & Coding program is designed to provide graduates with the skills necessary to qualify for entry-level positions in the insurance billing & coding field. Students will learn medical terminology, medical office management & billing/coding.

Pharmacy Technician
The Pharmacy Technician program at ACHT covers a variety of subject areas such as medical and pharmaceutical terminology, pharmaceutical calculations, record keeping techniques, and pharmacy law and ethics.

Physical Therapy Aide/Massage Therapist
Our unique program provides graduates with two majors, Physical Therapy Aide and Massage Therapist. Physical Therapy aides will learn the practices of exercises that are to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or lessen disabilities. Massage therapists are trained how to give massage treatments using their hands and specialized tools to alleviate pain, aid in rehabilitation, or to promote relaxation.

Dental Assistant
At ACHT, students will be introduced to all phases of dentistry including diagnostic and procedural terminology as well as clinical, radiographic, and preventive dentistry procedures. Students will receive an eight-hour Infection Control certificate and a two-hour Dental Practice Act certificate.

Veterinary Assistant
Our program introduces students to basic animal nursing and animal care. Students will learn veterinary anatomy, physiology as well as relative terminology. Additional areas covered include animal pharmacology and vaccinations. Clerical skills including computer basics, office and hospital procedures, and billing processes are taught as well.
